Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery – 2 business days  (order before 2pm)
  • Next Business Day Delivery – Delivered the next working day (order before 2pm)

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Region

All UK orders are fulfilled and shipped from our United Kingdom warehouse.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £49.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 2pm may qualify for Next Business Day Delivery.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  1. Check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting delivery.

  2. Contact us at support@xnote.ai with:
    Your order number
    Photos of the package and shipping label
    Description of the issue

If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
